GP BOLT MARKING SURVEY
Since there has not been a conclusive determination of what bolt(s) and their marking were used on the (prototype) Ford GP, this page has been set up for the owners and restorers of GP jeeps to share their discovered bolt markings on their projects.
The survey will try to match up findings by the various contributors in a manner that a pattern can be shown and the decision to call that particular marking and bolt used on the GP = "As Built".
Controversy will surely ensue however we can work together to develop a list that will help future restorers of this great vehicle search for and save the required bolts for a truly detailed and restored GP.
